- AC power (input power 100-240V ) is necessary for this basic clock for the bedroom to work. Two pieces of 1.5V “AAA” batteries (not included) can be installed to memorize the time setting and alarm setting in case of a power cut. The time and alarms have to be reset if no batteries for backup.
